Morewood Gardens Multi-Purpose Room Reservations

The Student Life Suite manages space reservations for the Morewood Gardens Multi-Purpose Room. This room has a wooden floor, barre, mirrored wall and can be used for dance practice.

University departments and student organizations can request a reservation by completing the reservation form at least 48 hours in advance of your requested reservation time.  Reservations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Important Details

Reservations can be made for a one-time use or recurring use during the semester. All reservations are cancelled at the end of each semester.

  1. Reservations are accepted for the current semester beginning 8:30a.m. on the first day of classes.
  2. Demand for using this space is high.  In order to accommodate as many requests as possible, students and organizations are limited to a maximum of two hours per day and a maximum of six hours per week.
  3. Notify, in advance, the Student Life Office of all cancellations.
  4. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
  5. Leave the room clean and remove all items that you bring into the space.
  6. Please vacate the multi-purpose room at least 5 minutes prior to the end of your scheduled time so the next group may begin using the space promptly at their reserved time.
