I started at CMU in 2021

I am responsible for leading 10 recruiting professionals with full-cycle recruiting activities for staff positions across the university. In my role I help identify strategies to attract talent, streamline hiring processes and elevate the overall hiring experience.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council help identify creative ways to onboard, retain and elevate talent across the university through continued partnership and engagement and amplification of our opportunities. I can help make this happen by educating the council on what existing processes, tools and resources we have today.

I am new to Staff Council & am running for the first time.
