Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving, is observed on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. Giving Tuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. This year, Giving Tuesday is November 28 and Carnegie Mellon University is again turning #givingTuesday into #givingCMUday for a 24-hour day of giving.
