I started at CMU in 2021

In concert with my office, I support individuals, units, departments, and colleges with educative trainings, workshops, presentations, and consultations that build skills and competencies around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

During my term, I would love to both support Staff Council in their pre-existing DEIB efforts and help spearhead new initiatives and endeavors. I can help make this happen by putting my DEIB/higher education expertise, experience, and passion into practice in community with you all!

I'm new to this process entirely (at least at this institution). I was tempted to throw my hat into the ring last year but I wanted to spend more time finding my footing and building relationships over this past year first!
