Scott Institute Partners on Technology, Sustainability, and Business Forum
By Amanda King
On Nov. 20, CMU's Technology, Sustainability, and Business Forum brought together leaders from across the private sector, multiple levels of government, and academia to discuss topics related to the broad theme of sustainability. The Scott Institute was proud to co-sponsor two events a part of the symposium, hosted by our Energy Fellow Nicholas Muller (EPP/Tepper).
We partnered on the Distinguished Lecture by Bloom Energy Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations Mark Mesler (Tepper 2001) and the Keynote Lecture by Siemens Manager of Financial Services Energy Linda Rega.
Mesler's lunch-time Distinguished Lecture was titled "The Future of Energy is Distributed, Sustainable and Personalized." If you missed it, you can watch the video recording here. Later in the day, Rega delivered a keynote address on "Collaboration for Sustainability."
