Scheller-Wolf's teaching interests are discrete time inventory theory, service systems and queueing theory with applications in renewable energy, product portfolio optimization, parking queues.

Scheller-Wolf's research focuses on stochastic processes, often applied to the energy and sustainability domain, specifically applied to supply chain management, renewable energy, server farms, service industries.
