CMU Researchers Investigate Nanoparticle Use in Agriculture

As part of the research consortium nanoFARM, CMU researchers, in conjunction with researchers from the University of Kentucky, the University of Vienna, and Aveiro University in Prague, are investigating the use of nanoparticles in agriculture, which could be used to develop more effective fertilizers and fungicides. Civil and Environmental Engineering Professor Greg Lowry is the principal investigator of the team.
