Midwest Energy News Cites Clay on Cost of Crude Oil by Rail
In an article about the pros and cons of shipping crude oil by rail (CBR), Midwest Energy News cites a study by Scott Institute affiliate and Economics and Public Policy Professor Karen Clay.
