Since 2016, I have helped streamline and implement the INI’s financial processes and documentation, develops budgets and forecasts, and monitors financial activity. I also assist the Sr. Director of Business Operations with payroll, recruiting, and other human resource-related processes along with facilities mgmt. and sponsored research.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council increase access to professional development resources, champion initiatives aimed at promoting a healthy work-life balance and promote the development of health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of staff members. Through my university wide relationships, tenacity and love for CMU, I feel confident that I can help bring these goals to fruition.
