New PCard Self-Service Tools: Enroll in PCard Management & Alerts

Procurement Services is excited to announce two self-service tools to help you manage your Purchasing Card (PCard) activity more efficiently and securely: Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise and Commercial Card Text/Email Alerts.

We strongly encourage all current cardholders to sign up for both programs to maximize transaction visibility and card security.

  1. Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise

Visa Spend Clarity is a comprehensive desktop and mobile platform designed to help you view and track spending.

  • Key Features:
    • Account Summary: View your credit limit, current balance, available credit, and account summary information at a glance.
    • Statements & Reports: View / download your last two statements and search up to 6 months of card activity.
    • Mobile Convenience: Use the iOS or Android App to view posted transactions and account balances in real time.   
  • How to Enroll: Existing cardholders will receive two separate onboarding emails from do-not-reply@enterprise.spendclarity.visa.com with the subject ‘Welcome to VISA Spend Clarity for Enterprise’.
    1. The first email will confirm your Visa Spend Clarity account creation.
    2. The second email will contain a setup link and temporary password. 
    3. Click the setup link and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
  1. Card Text/Email Alerts

This service allows you to establish various text or email alert options to manage your card activity in real-time, providing enhanced fraud protection.

  • Key Features:
    • Fraud Alerts: Receive direct notifications within minutes if suspicious activity is suspected on your PCard. The alert will ask you to confirm if a transaction is legitimate or fraudulent, helping to identify issues quickly and reduce the time spent disputing unauthorized charges.
    • Declined Authorization Alerts: Receive an immediate notification anytime a card transaction is declined.
    • Daily Balance Alerts: Set up a daily notification of your current PCard balance to stay on top of your spending limits.
  • How to Enroll: Cardholders can sign up for these alerts on their own at any time by following the self-registration steps in the Quick Guide for Cardholder Alerts.

Enrolling in these programs ensures greater visibility and provides robust security monitoring for your PCard.

Please note that these programs are optional, but strongly encouraged for reporting, reviewing card information, and reaction to potential fraud. Cardholders (or their designated verifier) will continue to verify their transactions in Oracle as they have done in the past.
