2025 FAndy Award Winners
The annual Finance Division FAndy Awards — inspired by the university’s Andy Awards — recognize and reward the accomplishments of Finance Division staff members who have gone above and beyond to elevate the work of the division and its service to the university community. The award ceremony was held on June 11 as part of the Finance Division Summer Picnic.
The 2025 categories and award recipients are:
Inclusive Excellence Award

This award recognizes an individual, group, or project team that demonstrates outstanding commitment to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the Finance Division, across campus, and in the broader community.
Rising Star Award
Colin Haney

This award recognizes an individual for quickly standing out as a valuable member of the division. They shine brightly in their role through excellence in job performance, dedication to high quality service, and by making key contributions to their team.
Continuous Excellence Award

Innovator Award

Senior Manager, Business Applications Development and Support
This award recognizes an intellectually curious individual or project-based collaborative group that embodies the spirit of innovation and forward thinking that is necessary to accomplish the Finance Division’s strategic goals.
Finance Center of Excellence Key Ambassador
Rhonda Kloss

This award recognizes an individual or group outside the Finance Division who are active partners in the ecosystem of the Finance Center of Excellence.
Champion of Core Values Award

Director, Sponsored Projects Accounting/ Receivables
This award is given at the discretion of the CFO and recognizes an individual that demonstrates the Finance Division’s values, as outlined in the Finance Division Strategic Plan 2023 – 2027, at the highest level in all that they do. They are inclusive, service-oriented, efficient and effective, able to identify and drive enhancements, an entrepreneurial leader, intellectually curious, collaborative and innovative. They move us towards accomplishing the vision of the Finance Division each and every day.
