EH&S is Expanding Our Service Hours

Beginning Monday, March 5th, Environmental Health & Safety will partner with the Computing Services Help Center to assist in managing our incoming service requests submitted via safety@andrew.cmu.edu.  The Help Center offers expaned hours from 7AM-7PM and will be able to dispatch tickets for faster reponse times.  Our customers should not notice any change.  When you submit a ticket, you will receive an email from EH&S.  For any urgent issues, please report these by calling 412-268-8182 and our on-call after hours person will addresss these right away.
