Event Spaces

Reservations

Submit a request for event space through our online scheduling system (login required). For more information about scheduling events, visit our Reserving Space page.

Please note that event spaces may not be used for events that have not been scheduled in advance. Anyone found in an event space without a reservation will be asked to leave.

Room setups

Include all setup needs with your request. The Conference and Event Services website offers setup diagrams for the options available for University Center event spaces.

Some spaces have permanent setups. There is a fee for labor if you want a different setup.

25Live spaces

Spaces that are not included on 25Live have limited availability. Send an e-mail to our Scheduling Office to request a reservation in another space in the University Center.

Activities Room Studio space used for aerobics classes and dance practices. Reservations are limited to when it is not being used for Group-X or P.E. classes.
Caffee Room Small conference room with a permanent setup for 12.
Class of 1987 Room Small meeting room with a permanent conference-style setup for 16.
Connan Room Large event space used for presentations, orchestra rehearsals, and conferences with a maximum capacity of 125 (auditorium-style seating).
Danforth Lounge Open lounge space with a permanent reception-style setup consisting of small round tables and upholstered armchairs. When not closed for reservations, Danforth is available for small, informal gatherings.
Dowd Room Small meeting room with permanent auditorium-style seating for 35.
McConomy Auditorium Large auditorium with stadium-style seating for 445.
McKenna/Peter/Wright Variable event space that can be a large open space (max. capacity: 105 auditorium style) or divided into three separate spaces (max. capacity: 35 auditorium style).
Pake Room Small meeting room with a permanent conference-style setup for 16.
Rangos Ballroom Large event space used for performances, conferences, and banquets. The ballroom can be divided into three separate spaces (Rangos 1, 2 & 3), each with a maximum capacity of 150 (auditorium-style seating), or opened into a large ballroom space with a maximum capacity of 500 (auditorium-style seating).
Wright-Rogal Chapel Small chapel space with permanent auditorium-style seating for 35. The chapel can be reserved only for religious events.
