Summer Welcome Events
As one way of welcoming you and your family to Carnegie Mellon, current parents, alumni, and friends of the university host in-person Summer Welcome Events for incoming undergraduate students and their family members. Carnegie Mellon staff and current students will be available at these events to answer your questions about life at the university.
These events provide an opportunity to meet fellow incoming first-year students and family members, current students, and university staff members. You’ll come away from these events with information that will prepare you for a successful start at Carnegie Mellon.
Please feel free to join us at an event in any city that is convenient for you and your family. If we are not offering an event in a city near you, we hope you are able to join one of the first-year onboarding webinars and look forward to seeing you at First-Year Orientation.
Singapore Summer Welcome Event
The Singapore Summer Welcome Event will be held on Saturday, 25 May from 4 - 6 pm, kindly hosted by current parents Vincent and Marisa Tan and current student Jun Wei Ethan Tan.
