The Dietrich College Office of Undergraduate Studies (OUS) is a branch of the college’s dean’s office and is run by:

OUS serves the needs of Dietrich College undergraduate students through a variety of roles, programs and initiatives that are college-wide, and not

- Research Training Course Program
- Senior Honors Program
- Student-Defined Major Program
- Study Abroad Scholarships
- College-wide awards, such as the Elliott Dunlap Smith Award for Teaching and Educational Service, the Dietrich College Graduate Student Teaching Award, and the Gretchen Lankford Award
OUS also presides over decisions pertaining to certain college-level policy issues, including student petitions to participate in commencement prior to one’s graduation date.
