I started at CMU in 2022

As a Senior Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, I oversee the staff hiring and recruiting process for all advancement roles at the university. This includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, running reference and background checks, and negotiating offers.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council partner with more community organizations, such as 412 Food Rescue or Animal Friends.

I've lived on three different continents - North America, South America (Lima, Peru), and Europe (Berlin, Germany)!
