OSP Issues Draft Agreement

OSP will review the request and verify that all items necessary to issue the agreement are included. OSP may contact you if there are any items that require clarification in order to issue the agreement.

In the event that the prime award is a federal assistance agreement and the subcontractor is another institution of higher education or non-profit agency, OSP will use the standard template constructed by the Federal Demonstration Partnership. This template includes terms that are mutually acceptable by both parties. Information regarding the Federal Demonstration Partnership's Subaward can be found in their forms section.

OSP will send the copy of the subcontract via email to the administrative contact at the partnering institution and copy the Carnegie Mellon Business Manager or Research Administrator.
