OSP Specialist Overview
The OSP Specialist assists researchers and administrators with proposal development. The Specialist is responsible for signing off on budget accuracy, ensuring compliance with institutional and sponsor-specific rules and regulations, and transmitting applications and requests on behalf of Carnegie Mellon University to federal and non-federal sponsors when required.
The OSP Specialist is available during regular Office of Sponsored Program business hours, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday. If your application deadline is after 5:00PM and must be submitted by our office, please have your submission ready prior to 5:00PM.
