As an Associate Director in the Office of Sponsored Programs, Julia is responsible for oversight of the contracts team. Julia joined Carnegie Mellon University in 2013 as a Contract Officer. Prior to coming to CMU, Julia worked with the Office of the General Counsel at the Open Society Foundations in New York City. Julia also worked for the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Museum of Modern Art and Materials for the Arts, a program of the Department of Cultural Affairs for the City of New York. Julia received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her JD from Brooklyn Law School.
