Appeals of Academic Review Meeting Decisions
The student, the course instructor, and/or the student’s department head or designee may submit a request for appeal of the Academic Review Meeting decision in writing to the provost within seven (7) days of being notified of the outcome(s) under the following circumstances:
- The outcomes determined during the Academic Review Meeting were not commensurate with the violation(s) of the University Policy on Academic Integrity for which the student is responsible;
- New information, which was not reasonably available at the time of the review, merits re-consideration of the final disposition.
