I started at CMU in 2022

I oversee student conduct and academic integrity processes. I manage Academic Review Panels, coordinate faculty and student participation, and ensure procedural fairness. My work includes policy interpretation, case management, and stakeholder engagement to uphold university standards.

I analyze data to identify trends in student conduct, informing decision-making and preventative initiatives. Additionally, I develop training materials and guidance for faculty, staff, and students on community standards.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council advocate for more frequent pay grade reviews and work/time audits to ensure fair compensation and accountability. I can help make that happen by analyzing salary data, gathering staff feedback, and collaborating with leadership to push for equitable pay adjustments while promoting transparency in workload distribution and efficiency.

What is something people would find surprising about you? I have an analytical mindset is complemented by a unique way of seeing patterns, which helps to problem-solve in unconventional ways. Plus, I also have a strong appreciation for storytelling and sustainability!
