Health Insurance

Health insurance coverage is required at an estimated cost of $2,340/year. If a student is covered under a family's health plan, a waiver may be submitted to University Health Services for approval. View more details on the University Health Services website. 

Notes:

1 All incoming freshmen are required to live on campus. Permission for freshmen to commute must be granted by Student Affairs. Off-campus room rate is estimated at resident room minus $500.

2 The freshmen resident dining amount is based upon 13 meals per week. The commuter dining amount is based upon 8 meals per week. Upperclass dining is estimated; however, dining costs vary according to the plan chosen.

3 These expenses will not appear on your student account.

4 Travel allowance for resident and off-campus students varies based on home state.
