MIDN 1/C Andrew McNeill
I am at the University of Pittsburgh where I am currently pursuing a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. I grew up in eastern Pennsylvania in a small town near Delaware. In my free time, I love to backpack and climb mountains. After my sophomore year of college, I was able to spend a few weeks aboard the USS Tripoli in San Diego where I spent time following sailors and learning what life aboard an Amphibious Assault ship is like. I plan on graduating in the Fall of 2023 and hope to commission as a submarine officer.
