MIDN 1/C Eliana Fleischer
I am a student at Carnegie Mellon University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. I am a child of two military parents and have lived in many places, most recently in North Carolina. I am an active member of the Carnegie Mellon community and participate in many different student organizations and am a member of the Residential Education student staff. On campus, I am a member of the Carnegie Involvement Association Buggy Team, the club swim team, Achayot, and the treasurer of the Arab Student Organization. Over the summers I have attended three summer cruises: New Student Indoctrination at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, a Surface Warfare Cruise in Norfolk Virginia aboard LSD44, the Gunston Hall, and an Aviation cruise in Jacksonville with the P8 squadron VP-16. I have been selected to be a Student Naval Flight Officer upon graduation and hope to continue to the P8 platform.
