Modifed & Remote HUB Services
Fall 2020 & Spring 2021
To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and adhere to university and public health and safety guidelines, The HUB will continue offering remote services only and the physical student service center will remain closed until further notice. ID Card services have been further modified for the fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters.

General Questions

HUB Liaison Appointments
Email your liaison directly or schedule via ScheduleOnce in SIO (under Contacts). All appointments will take place via phone or Zoom.
Form Submission
Scan or take a photo of your completed and signed form, and email it to thehub@andrew.cmu.edu.
Student Account Payments
Online payment options are available. Cash payments have been temporarily suspended. We do not suggest mailing check payments, as postal services and receipt of your payment may be delayed.
Student Account Refunds
Enroll in electronic refunding for all future refunds you expect to receive.
Transcript & Verification Orders
All transcript orders should be placed through Credential Solutions via SIO. When ordering verifications through SIO, please select the PDF option for delivery. Fax and U.S. mail options are unavailable at this time.
ID Card Services
