Remote HUB Services
The HUB student service center will continue offering remote services during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. In-person service hours are available on the contact page.

HUB Liaison Appointments
Email your liaison directly or schedule via ScheduleOnce in SIO (under Contacts). All appointments will take place via phone or Zoom.
Form Submission
Scan or take a photo of your completed and signed form, and email it to thehub@andrew.cmu.edu.
Student Account Payments
A variety of payment options are available. The HUB no longer accepts cash payments.
Student Account Refunds
Enroll in electronic refunding for all future refunds you expect to receive.
Transcript & Verification Orders
All transcript orders should be placed through Parchment (formerly Credential Solutions) via SIO. When ordering verifications through SIO, please select the PDF option for delivery. Fax and U.S. mail options are unavailable.
ID Card Services
Campus community members needing in-person ID Card services should visit The HUB during open hours (Monday & Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m./Tuesday & Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m./Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) Inquiries may be emailed to idplus@andrew.cmu.edu.
