Bio

Leah Clemmons first year at the Children’s School was as a teacher in the PreK/Kindergarten and now she is Educational Support. She is a University of Pittsburgh graduate with a B.S. in Applied Developmental Psychology and a M.Ed in Instruction and Learning. Leah spent 5 years teaching Special Education at the Environmental Charter Middle School in Pittsburgh. She joined the Children’s School in early 2023.

Leah enjoys riding her bike to school, camping, and hiking with her husband Zach. At home, she spends her time reading with a cup of coffee and taking care of her plants and fish. She also loves being involved in a church on Pitt’s campus and coaching Girls on The Run, a non-profit running club focused on encouraging girls to be their best selves!
