Bio

Allison Drash, a Pittsburgh native and a CMU Children’s School alumna, is beginning her fifteenth year as the school’s Administrative Coordinator. Along with managing a bustling office she also oversees orienting researchers to the Children’s School’s research policies and procedures and facilitates research scheduling and testing times.

With an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in photojournalism, and a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon in Communication Planning and Information Design, Allison enjoys numerous artistic pursuits. Her favorites include writing, photography, and interior design projects. In her free time, she is often found swimming laps at the University pool, exploring the city’s numerous parks with her dogs, and experimenting with what will grow in her garden.
