Project Olympus Summer 2015

It's been a whirlwind of a summer with 14 different PROBEs (PRoject Oriented Business Explorations) working out of Project Olympus, located just off campus in Oakland. The three-story building has a variety of different sized spaces, making it easy to accommodate large and small companies. On a busy day, over 50 students worked out of the building.

Many of the students at Project Olympus choose to spend their summers working on their startup instead of a traditional internship. Utilizing the workspace, as well as the resources available, students gain invaluable experience while growing their venture.

Having so many companies in the space created an opportunity for businesses to connect and learn from each other. The PROBEs hosted several potluck lunches, taking the time to learn what each company was working on.
