Business Operations
The Business Operations team manages the day-to-day operations of the division, including budget management and purchasing, HR operations and office administrative activities. The team serves as a liaison to relevant university-wide operations such as contracts and human resources to coordinate and implement policies across the UCM division. Additionally, the team works closely with the central finance division.
Jeanine Headley
Senior Administrative Coordinator
Jeanine is a born and raised — and never left — Pittsburgher! She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science in marketing and received a master of arts degree in educational leadership from Argosy University. In her spare time, she is a huge college football fan and attends all of the Pitt home football games with her husband and daughter, as well as other family and friends. She will also take any chance she can get to visit the beach and hopes to have her own beach house someday!
Gabby Lynch
Administrative Coordinator
Though not originally from Pittsburgh, Gabby has lived here for the past four years. She graduated in 2022 with a dual degree in biological anthropology and communications with a minor in museum studies from the University of Pittsburgh. After a fellowship at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Gabby is now an administrative coordinator as a part of the University Communications & Marketing team. In her spare time, Gabby loves fashion, science, playing video games and spending time with her German Shepherd Ripley, 16 year-old cat Angel and partner Mason.
Anne Ross
Senior Administrative Coordinator
Anne keeps the financial wheels of University Communications and Marketing turning. She also ensures the all-important printer supply closet is kept well-stocked, minimizing the chances of a low-toner emergency. Anne has a hawk eye for spotting typos and grammar law violations. She reads, edits and corrects text for hundreds of projects annually. Her favorite old movie is "Shop Around the Corner," and while she can't carry a tune in a bucket, she will sing along anyway to any song from "The Sound of Music."
