Extended: CMU’s 30th Annual Food Drive

Dear Members of the Carnegie Mellon Community:

We appreciate the outpouring of generosity you have shown for Carnegie Mellon’s 30th Annual Food Drive. For three decades, CMU has run one of the highest-grossing food drives in Pittsburgh. Each year, we are motivated to keep this tradition alive because we see the positive impacts this effort has on the community and our neighbors.

Please remember to participate in our last in-person event TODAY:

FINAL Drive-and-Drop to collect nonperishables
Monday, November 13, 1 - 3 p.m.
Tepper Garage

All nonperishable items are welcome and appreciated (no glass, please.)

We have decided to extend the online component of our drive another week as we continue to inch closer to our goal of raising $100,000, though we hope we can hit the goal sooner! To make a gift, please visit the Food Drive giving page. Team pages are still active, so be sure to show your support!

As we approach Thanksgiving, your contributions will help our partners at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank address food insecurity in the region. We are so thankful for our generous Tartan community and hope you will consider making a gift to help us reach this year’s Food Drive goal.

Best wishes for a safe and happy holiday season,
