Reminder: Election Day is Tuesday

Dear Members of the CMU Community:

Tuesday, November 2nd is Election Day, and we encourage all eligible CMU community members to make plans to vote. Exercising our right to vote is one of the most impactful ways we can engage in our democracy. Next week’s municipal elections could decide impactful issues both in our surrounding communities and across the United States, and your voice matters. Information on voter resources can be found on the SLICE Voter Engagement website.
 
To the students, faculty and staff who will serve as polling volunteers, we thank you for your expression of civic duty to support a non-partisan, secure and democratic election process. We also thank supervisors and faculty for support in providing reasonable flexibility and accommodations for these volunteers on Election Day.
