Labor Day Appreciation

Dear CMU Staff and Faculty,

With Labor Day weekend upon us, I wish to take this opportunity to thank you and pay tribute to your work at Carnegie Mellon University.

Each one of you contributes to the university’s core missions of education and research, and the dedication and professionalism you bring to your roles is a critical part of what makes CMU one of the world’s great universities. You not only fuel our momentum with your commitment to excellence, but your collaborative energy makes CMU a vibrant and supportive place to live, learn, work and play. I am especially grateful for your continued perseverance, strength and compassion during this pandemic.
