Attention My Plaid Student Users

If you use a Yahoo account to connect to My Plaid Student (MPS), you may receive an error when attempting to log in.

CMU's Identity Services has reported that there is an outage between our vendor, Cirrus, and Yahoo that is preventing verification. This outage has resulted in MPS users receiving an error when attempting to connect to MPS (and Where am I in the Process) using a Yahoo account.

We are communicating with Cirrus and they hope to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours. If you use Yahoo to log in to MPS and have experienced this error, please wait a day or two before attempting to log in again. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue is resolved.
