HR's Compensation staff members administer the university's compensation policies and principles to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices across the university.

Services We Offer

We assist with job evaluation, career path development, pay practice and compliance.

We perform analysis and provide benchmark information to client departments to assist with their strategic salary planning, new hire or promotional pay decisions and organizational structure.

We ensure that staff roles are classified appropriately and are in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and other federal and state regulations.

We advise and provide recommendations to departments regarding employee compensation.

How We Can Help You

We provide recommendations for salary increases during the compensation review process, for new hire and for promotional pay offers.

We evaluate positions as new staff roles are created in the university and assign them to appropriate job profiles and Fair Labor Standards Act classification.
