HR's Compensation staff members administer the university's compensation policies and principles to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices across the university.
- We assist with job evaluation, career path development, pay practice and compliance.
- We perform analysis and provide benchmark information to client departments to assist with their strategic salary planning, new hire or promotional pay decisions and organizational structure.
- We ensure that staff roles are classified appropriately and are in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and other federal and state regulations.
- We advise and provide recommendations to departments regarding employee compensation.
