Open Enrollment Is Oct 28–Nov 18
Open Enrollment is your chance to review and update your benefits for the upcoming year. Starting Monday, October 28, you can make changes through Workday until Monday, November 18 at 5 p.m. ET.
Visit the Open Enrollment website for information about 2025 benefits.
Your new benefits will take effect on January 1, 2025, and will remain in place for the entire year. Once Open Enrollment ends, you can only change your benefits if you experience a qualifying life event.

- The Benefits & Fitness Fair is Wednesday, October 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Cohon University Center's Rangos Ballroom.
- Representatives from the benefit plan providers and the Office of Human Resources will be available to answer questions.
- The fair will also include health and fitness information, raffles and giveaways.

- MetLife Information Sessions provide an overview of new voluntary benefit offerings, followed by a Q&A with reps from MetLife.
- Benefits Drop-In Sessions will be held via Zoom throughout the Open Enrollment period. HR team members will be available to answer questions about benefit plan options and the enrollment process in Workday. Zoom’s breakout room functionality will be used so participants can speak one-on-one with an HR team member. Some sessions will feature a presentation outlining the 2025 benefit plans and some will offer the opportunity to meet with representatives from MetLife, Highmark and UPMC; view the schedule for details.
- Visit the Virtual Benefits Fair at any time throughout Open Enrollment to learn more about benefits options. Booths contain information on health and welfare benefits, retirement savings plans, family care resources and more.
