Introducing CMU=You

CMU=You is the university's go-to location for celebrating our culture and helping all staff feel more connected to each other, our values and our mission. This new staff engagement program was implemented by the Office of Human Resources, in collaboration with Staff Council, DEI leads, and staff members across the university, in response to feedback from the Climate Taskforce.

CMU=You reflects the spirit of Carnegie Mellon by serving as the home for the Andy Awards and Staff Service Awards; providing access to a Wellbeing Center to help staff reach their mental, physical and financial wellness goals; and highlighting staff resources, events and engagement opportunities.
