Lean Six Sigma Cohorts & Projects
In support of the institutional priority and strategic objective to optimize efficiencies and financial stewardship, the Office of Human Resources implemented a program to provide employees with training to build the skills and mindset so that participants are better equipped to evaluate inefficiencies, develop solutions and implement cost-saving measures to help CMU operate more efficiently.
In 2019 the first Lean Six Sigma cohort was launched and resulted in 23 graduates of the program. To date there have been 62 graduates of the Lean Six Sigma program. Below you will find a list of the graduates from each cohort as well as the project topics addressed by the project teams.
