| Undergraduate education in the Mellon College of Science combines course work and a wide variety of research, internships and other out-of-class experiences so that each student can develop the skills and talents needed for an exciting life in science and related professions. Students can easily combine an interest in science with humanities or science with arts through interdisciplinary degrees. The MCS Office of Undergraduate Affairs serves as the primary contact for academic advising for first-year students in the science college and works with upperclass students to answer questions about policies and requirements.
The links below provide resources for students in the first year and beyond. You can also explore the distinctive features of the curriculum through a site for prospective students and their parents.
