Learn about the policies, recognition and resources available to MCS graduate students.
The great majority of graduate student life in the Mellon College of Science is centered in the academic departments, from admissions through degree requirements. The Dean’s Office strives to provide a framework to support the departments in graduate education. At the college level, all Ph.D. students need to be aware of a few policies across departments that affect their dissertation committees and doctoral degrees.
