Other Important Forms and Information for New Employees
In addition to medical, insurance and retirement benefit enrollment forms, new employees should review the following information or forms within their first month of employment.
- Using HR Connection's Demographics module, confirm your personal information (address, emergency contact, veteran's status, disability status, etc.). This data can have significant impact on your benefits, services and communications.
- Obtain your official Carnegie Mellon ID Card from the HUB. The card is required for access to many Carnegie Mellon buildings, can be linked to dining accounts and your PNC bank account, and can get you discounts at university stores.
- An Andrew Computing Account provides you with an email account and is the basis of your secure computer access. Be sure that an account is set up for as soon as possible, if it was not set up prior to your arrival.
