Log Into HR Connection

International employees can use HR Connection to:

  • make benefit elections within 30 days of hire* (see below)
  • make benefits changes at Open Enrollment or within 30 days of a qualifying life/status change* (see below)
  • update demographic information, including emergency contact information
  • change retirement contributions
  • apply for tuition benefits
  • view current benefits

A Note About Enrolling in Health Benefits Through HR Connection

When enrolling in CIGNA or InterGlobal coverage through HR Connection, your elections will be entered into the university's benefits administration system. However, if you are changing the covered members enrolled in the plan (such as when enrolling for the first time or when adding or dropping a dependent from your coverage), your changes are not automatically forwarded to the carriers. In this instance, you must complete the university's and the carrier's enrollment/change form and forward it to:
