Online banking is the fastest, easiest, and most convenient way to make a payment to or receive a refund from the university.
A student can register a U.S. bank account to their student account via Student Information Online (SIO) and make payments with a click of a button. Refunds can be electronically deposited into the same account, too.
The university will not initiate a withdrawal from a student's registered bank account. Funds can only be withdrawn when a student schedules a payment through SIO.
To get started, you will need to log into SIO and have available a U.S. bank transit routing number, account type and account number.
Newly registered accounts will be ready to use in two days or less. The first scheduled payment will be delayed by one day for account verification and subsequent payments will occur on the next business day if placed before 4 p.m. EST. For example, if a new bank account is registered at 2 p.m. on Thursday, the earliest possible payment date is the following Monday.
To view scheduled, pending or completed online banking payments, log into SIO and select 'Bank Account Activity' under the 'Finances' tab.
