“Women have become an influential force in the global marketplace not only as workers, but also as consumers, entrepreneurs, managers and investors,” said Dena Haritos Tsamitis, director of the INI and director of education, training and outreach for Carnegie Mellon CyLab, one of the largest university-based cybersecurity research and education centers in the U.S. “Acknowledging the global influence of women on the economy is not just a matter of fairness, it is good business sense.”
The panel members include: Kate Sayre, managing partner of the Boston Consulting Group and best- selling author of “Women Want More”; Marachel Knight, an INI alumnus and assistant vice president of operation support and project management at AT&T Antenna Solutions, Inc.; and Joyce Brocaglia, president and CEO of Alta Associates, Inc.
