How to Report Phish using the Report Suspicious Button for Google Mail

The Report Suspicious Google Mail Add-in allows for the reporting of potential phishing email messages with the click of a button.  Follow the directions below on how to report suspicious messages using the Report Suspicious button.

1. Open the suspected phishing message
2. Click the Report Suspicious button located on the right-side panel of the Google Mail website. Note: the right-side panel is hidden by default in some web browsers. If so, there will be a small button visible on the right side of the webpage when scrolling. Click this button to expand the panel. 
3. You will receive a confirmation message. Click Report Suspicious
   
4. After the message has been reported, you will see a Report Suspicious verification message thanking you for your report
   
   
5. A ticket will be created regarding the submitted Potential Phish
