Sebastian Harnisch - Twenty Years After Unification: The Sources of Germany's Foreign Policy Conduct

Dr. Sebastian Harnisch, Professor of Political Science at Heidelberg University, examines Germany's foreign policy trajectory since 1990.  Addressing concerns about Berlin's conduct in Afghanistan and the Euro zone crisis, he challenges the argument that a "normalization of German Foreign Policy" is currently under way.

Sebastian Harnisch is Professor of International Relations and Director of the Institute of Political Science at the University of Heidelberg.
