Investigator Requests
We have revised our procedures starting May 15, 2020. If you are an investigator with written consent to release information, please download and fill out the Investigator Request Form (pdf) and return it via fax to 412-268-6651. In-person submissions will not be accepted.
Investigators must receive a receipt from the University Registrar's Office before contacting the university faculty or staff. Investigators with background questions or in need of clearances must call departments. In-person appointments are not available at this time.
