Student Information Online (SIO) Experiencing Performance Issue
August 27, 2019 (9:00 AM): All performance and name display issues in SIO have been resolved. Enrollment Systems will continue to monitor SIO to ensure it performs as expected.
August 26, 2019 (10:00 AM): Enrollment Systems has identified the problem and resolved the SIO performance delays; however, the team is continuing to work on a resolution regarding some student last names appearing twice in SIO.
August 26, 2019 (9:30 AM): Student Information Online (SIO) has been experiencing delayed performance issues, which began Friday, August 23, and continued over the weekend. Enrollment Systems has identified the issue and is working toward a resolution.
As a first step, we recommend logging out of SIO (if you are currently logged in) and logging back in to continue your session.
We are also aware of an issue in SIO where some student last names are appearing twice (i.e., Andrew Carnegie Carnegie), and we are working to correct this issue, as well.
