CMU=You is the university's go-to location for celebrating our culture and helping all staff members feel more connected to each other, our values and our mission. This new program reflects the spirit of Carnegie Mellon by creating a central location that:

• Serves as our new home for the Andy Awards! From the homepage of CMU=You, faculty and staff can nominate a staff member or team for the Andy Awards.
• Provides a central location for Staff Service Awards. Staff members will receive a congratulatory message from CMU=You whenever they celebrate a years-of-service milestone. Milestones of 30+ years will also continue to be honored during the Andy Awards.
• Allows staff to quickly access important resources, including our commitment to DEI and employee engagement opportunities.
• Provides access to a Wellbeing Center to help you reach your mental, physical and financial wellness goals.
• Helps you save money at over 100 popular retailers with the SmartSpending Discounts app.
• Encourages staff members to acknowledge and celebrate each others' accomplishments using features that will be rolled out later in later iterations.
