Make a difference while having fun! Join the United Way Campaign through engaging events and contests. Your contribution supports vital services in our community. Every bit counts! You are also encouraged to give to United Way — or its contributor supported agencies — through a one-time gift or continuing payroll deduction.

Weekly Step Challenge — Through March 22

If you are feeling limber, compete with colleagues across campus during our inaugural step challenge. Steps are entered each Friday during the campaign and reflect the weekly steps only (i.e., steps are not cumulative). Weekly winners will be able to choose a prize from a list of CMU swag and other items. Participants can only win once.

The Step Challenges has ended. Thanks to all of the participants for their donations and for logging over 1.6 million steps.

Sarris Candy Sale — February 12 through March 22

Satisfy your sweet tooth by purchasing candy online or via in-person sales hosted by United Way Team Captains.

• Online orders: visit the Sarris fundraising site and use Group ID #10-3964. The campaign earns 25% on all online orders.
• In-person sales: Some team captains are organizing in-person sales of candy bars and chocolate-covered pretzels. Be on the lookout or ask your team captain for more information.
