O'Connor wins an Institute of Physics Award
MSE Assistant Professor Thomas O’Connor has won the Institute of Physics (IoP) 
Early Career Lecturer Award at the 5th Edwards Symposium.
The aim of the 2021 symposium was to highlight the latest developments in soft matter science with a particular emphasis on theoretical and mathematical models, and on how these models can inform industrial processes, materials, and designs. O’Connor was recognized as an outstanding early career speaker for his talk on Modelling Polymer Dynamics at the Non-equilibrium Frontier.
